Facilities.
We offer research opportunities to students, teachers and collaborators in Alberta and Ontario through the following physical locations:
Undergraduate and graduate students from AU are not necessarily located in Edmonton. Given that several of the students are teachers, principals and superintendents across Canada, we conduct applied studies on memory and attention in actual classrooms nearby their residence.
Undergraduate students from UofA participate in lab projects as part of their course requirement and to gain research experience in the field of cognitive science. Graduate students are co-supervised with another faculty member from the department.
Undergraduate and graduate students at Mac are part of the EdCog Research Lab that I co-direct with Dr. Joe Kim.
Majority of the students who join the CogSciLearn lab end up having access to and resources from all three universities, including funding opportunities, participant pool, and research assistants to help with data collection.
